What are the shipping options?


We currently ship accross Canada and the Unitied States. In addition tot his, Local Pick-up is also available in North York, Ontario at your retail store located at 21 Elmwood Ave. Orders must be placed in advance through out website to do in-store pick-up.




Is everything in stock?


Most of the items we post are available in stock except few. Detail shipping instruction will be given upon purchase detail window. We originally distribute large quanitity in wholesales, and we are great in bulk orders which you can inquire through email or Contact Us.




I ordered a product that was a Pre-Order. When will I receive it?


On the Pre-Order Products' page from your Order Status, we do our best to list that date or time-frame the product will be ready to be shipped. This is not a guaranteed date and delays may occur, so we cannot promie a specific shipping date. Please note, that if you have PRe-Ordered products through us, we will diligently update the time-frame.




Do you offer discount pricing for larger orders?


Yes, we do. Some of this pricing is available on our website while you are shopping, but for additional information, please feel free to contact us directly. Quantity Discounts usually star at 3000 cartons but varies from product to product.




What is MOQ?


MOQ is 'Minimum Order Quantity'. Some of our product have MOQ to meet to order. This is because of manufacturer's policy to track the lots and individual product. All the itmes that require MOQ are Personal Protective Equipment which also require mandatory report to Government.




When will I receive my order?


We do our best to ship out orders on the same day that we receive them, if orders are received before 10AM. Most orders in Canada have a 3-7 day delivery window through Canada Post or Purolator, and 3-10 days through Fedex in the United States.




What do I do if I never received my order?


For shipped orders, check the tracking number in the email we provided when it left the warehouse. For local delivery orders, double check your front porch or landing area. We are not liable for any loss or damage to products in transit or delayed shipments as per our terms and conditions for shipping. If you have a parcel issue, please notify Canada Post or Fedex. Contact us if you are instructed by Canada Post or Fedex to open a service ticket on your parcel and we will do so on your behalf.




How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

This varies from product to product. We provide as much information on the description page of the item as possible.

What is your return policy?


We are currently not accepting returns to the COVID-19 pandemic unless critical issue with the product.
